Copies of Docket Sheets, Claims Registers, Certified Copies and Information Requests

Pursuant to the current fee schedule adopted by the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, the Clerk's Office charges a fee for copies of docket sheets or claims registers according to the Miscellaneous Fee Schedule. If the record you request is closed and has been retired to the National Archives Records Center (NARC) please complete the records request form (Closed Case - Mail Order Form) and pay the appropriate fee. Basic case information is available by using the Voice Case Information Service (VCIS) at (800) 886-9008. Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) provides access to detailed case information, dockets, and reports via the Internet. Fees are assessed for this service according to the Miscellaneous Fee Schedule. Contact the PACER Service Center to subscribe at (800) 676-6856 (or pacer@aottsd.uscourts.gov). These services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All requests for other information or copies from court records must be made in writing and accompanied by the appropriate fee for each item requested.

All fees must be paid in advance of the requested service being performed. Checks for the above services should be made payable to: "Clerk, U.S. Bankruptcy Court." You may leave the amount of the check blank and include a notation that the check is not to exceed a specific dollar amount (i.e., Not to exceed $50.00). This office will then be able to expedite your request to the extent that it does not exceed the maximum amount stated on your check.
