Parties wishing to have the court apply the adversary rules to an objection to claim in a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 case should set a scheduling conference on the objection to claim. The setting should be obtained by using the appropriate judge's self-calendaring procedure. At the scheduling conference, the court will determine the applicability of the adversary rules, the necessity of a complaint, and a schedule.
