Docketing Procedure
1. Review the documents to ensure they meet the filing requirements
2. Docket the Answer to Complaint [Adversary > Answer to Complaint > Complaint, 3rd, Cross, Counter] as follows:
• Click Adversary
• Click Answer to Complaint
• Click Complaint, 3rd, Cross, Counter
• Enter Case Number
• Click Next
• Verify case information and click Next
• Select or Add/Create Party
• Click Next
• Select the appropriate docket entry to which your event relates
• Click Next
• Attach PDF
• Click Next
• Select the appropriate box(es) if the answer includes:
• Third-party complaint
• Cross-claim
• Counterclaim
• Click Next
• Select the Party or Group or Add/Create Party (NOTE: You will make this selection for each
box checked on the previous screen.)
• Click Next
• Modify docket text as appropriate
• Click Next
• Review final docket text before submitting
• Click Next
• Review Notice of Electronic Filing
