Docketing Procedure

1. Review the documents to ensure they meet the filing requirements
2. Docket the Chapter 13 Plan [Bankruptcy > Plan > Chapter 13 Plan] as follows:

            Click Bankruptcy
            Click Plan
            Enter Case Number
            Click Next
            Verify case information and click Next
            Select Chapter 13 Plan
            Click Next
            Select or Add/Create Party
            Click Next
            Attach PDF
            Click Next
            Fill in the blank for "motion for valuation dated"
            Fill in the blank for the question, "How many months in the plan?"
            Click Next
            Select [Yes] or [No] to the question, "Are objections to claims included in your PDF?"
            Click Next
            Modify docket text as appropriate
            Click Next
            Review final docket text before submitting
            Click Next
            Review Notice of Electronic Filing

If you are filing an amended plan, proceed as follows:

            Click Bankruptcy
            Click Plan
            Enter Case Number
            Click Next
            Verify case information and click Next
            Select Chapter 13 Plan
            Click Next
            Select or Add/Create Party
            Click Next
            Attach PDF
            Click Next
            Select the appropriate docket entry to which your event relates. You will select the most
               recent chapter 13 plan filed.
            Click Next
            Select [Yes] or [No] to the question, "Are objections to claims included in your PDF?"
            Click Next
            Modify docket text as appropriate
            Click Next
            Review final docket text before submitting
            Click Next
            Review Notice of Electronic Filing

If you are filing a modified plan after confirmation, proceed as follows:

            Click Bankruptcy
            Click Plan
            Enter Case Number
            Click Next
            Verify case information and click Next
            Select Chapter 13 Plan
            Click Next
            Select or Add/Create Party
            Click Next
            Attach PDF
            Click Next
            Fill in the blank for "Chapter 13 plan modification date"
            Click Next
            Select the appropriate docket entry to which your event relates. You will select the most
               recent chapter 13 plan filed.
            Click Next
            Verify objection due date
            Click Next
            Select [Yes] or [No] to the question, "Are objections to claims included in your PDF?"
            Click Next
            Modify docket text as appropriate

NOTE: Final docket text must reflect "Chapter 13 plan modified after confirmation"

            Click Next
            Review final docket text before submitting
            Click Next
            Review Notice of Electronic Filing
