Docketing Procedure
1. Review the documents to ensure they meet the filing requirements
2. Docket the Employee Income Records [Bankruptcy > Schedules/Statements/ New Case Deficiencies > Employee Income Records] as follows:
• Click Bankruptcy
• Click Schedules/Statements/New Case Deficiencies
• Enter Case Number
• Click Next
• Verify case information and click Next
• Select Employee Income Records
• Click Next
• Select Box if Joint filing with other attorney(s)
• Click Next
• Select Party
• Click Next
• Click Next again
• Select the appropriate radio button to the following statement:
If you select [Debtor is filing copies of pay stubs from 60 days prior to petition date]:
• Click Next
• Attach PDF
• Click Next
• Click Next again
If you select [Debtor is unemployed and is unable to provide copies of pay stubs from 60 days prior to petition date] or [Debtor is retired and received no regular income 60 days prior to petition date]:
• Click Next
• Click Next again
If you select [Debtor is self-employed and is unable to provide copies of pay stubs from 60 days prior to petition date]:
• Click Next
• Enter the name of the business
• Enter the Gross Amount of Income minus expenses for 60 days (numerical entry only)
• Click Next
• Click Next again
If you select [Employer did not provide pay stubs 60 days prior to petition date]:
• Click Next
• Enter the Name of the Employer
• Enter the Gross Amount of Pay for 60 day period which can be supported by bank
records (numerical entry only)
• Click Next
• Click Next again
Then, proceed as follows:
• Review final docket text for accuracy before submitting
• Click Next
• Review Notice of Electronic Filing
