Docketing Procedure

1. Review the documents to ensure they meet the filing requirements
2. Docket the Form 121 - SSN Verification [Bankruptcy > Schedules/Statements/New Case Deficiencies > Form 121 - SSN Verification] as follows:

            • Click Bankruptcy
            • Click Schedules/Statements/New Case Deficiencies
            • Enter Case Number
            • Click Next
            • Verify case information and click Next  
            • Select Form 121 - SSN Verification
            • Click Next
            • Click Next
            • Select or Add/Create Party
            • Click Next
            • Attach PDF
            • Click Next
            • Click Next again
            • Review final docket text before submitting
            • Click Next
            • Review Notice of Electronic Filing
