Docketing Procedure

1. Review documents to ensure they meet the filing requirements
2. Docket the Motion to Set Aside [Bankruptcy > Motions/Applications > Set Aside] or [Adversary > Motions > Set Aside] as follows:

            • Click Bankruptcy or Adversary
            • Click Motions/Applications or Motions
            • Enter Case Number
            • Click Next
            • Verify case information and click Next
            • Select Set Aside
            • Click Next
            • Select or Add/Create Party
            • Click Next
            • Attach PDF
            • Click Next
            • Select the appropriate order to which your motion relates (NOTE: DO NOT select an order of dismissal.
               Use the Motion to Vacate Dismissal and Reinstate event.)
            • Click Next
            • Modify docket text as appropriate (NOTE: If this motion amends a previously filed motion to set aside,
               enhance the docket text to add the word "amended".)
            • Click Next
            • Review final docket text for accuracy before submitting
            • Click Next
            • Review Notice of Electronic Filing.
