Docketing Procedure

1. Review the documents to ensure they meet the filing requirements
2. Docket the Notice of Termination of Stay [Bankruptcy > Notices > Notice of Termination of Stay] as follows:

            • Click Bankruptcy
            • Click Notices
            • Enter Case Number
            • Click Next
            • Verify case information and click Next
            • Select Notice of Termination of Stay
            • Click Next
            • Select or Add/Create Party
            • Click Next
            • Attach PDF
            • Click Next
            • Select the appropriate radio button to the following question:

Are you amending a previously filed notice of termination of stay?

            If you select [No]:

            • Click Next
            • Select the appropriate order on the motion to lift stay that your notice is regarding
            • Click Next

Are you amending a previously filed notice of termination of stay?

            If you select [Yes]:

            • Click Next
            • Select the appropriate docket entry to which your noticerelates. You will select the
               most recent notice of termination of stay filed.
            • Click Next

Then, proceed as follows:

            • Modify docket text as appropriate
            • Click Next
            • Review final docket text before submitting
            • Click Next
            • Review Notice of Electronic Filing
