Docketing Procedure
1. Review the documents to ensure they meet the filing requirements
2. Docket the Objection [Bankruptcy > Response/Objection/Reply to Response > Reference an Existing Docket Entry > Objection] or [Adversary > Response/Objection/Amended Answer to Complaint > Objection] as follows:
• Click Bankruptcy or Adversary
• Click Response/Objection/Amended Answer to Complaint or Response/Objection/Reply
to Response
• Click Reference an Existing Docket Entry (when filed in a Bankruptcy case only)
• Enter Case Number
• Click Next
• Verify case information and click Next
• Select Objection
• Click Next
• Select or Add/Create Party
• Click Next
• Attach PDF
• Click Next
• Select the appropriate radio button for each question:
What are you objecting to?
If you choose [Motion], the following screen will prompt you to select the appropriate docket entry to which your event relates. All pending motions will appear.
If you choose [Other], the following screen will prompt you to select the appropriate docket entry to which your event relates. All docket entries will appear except for motions.
If you choose [Plan], the following screen will prompt you to select the appropriate docket entry to which your event relates. All confirmed plans will appear. DO NOT use this option in an adversary proceeding.

Select either [Yes] or [No]:
• Click Next
• Select the appropriate docket entry to which your event relates
• Click Next
• Modify docket text as appropriate
• Click Next
• Review final docket text before submitting
• Click Next
