Docketing Procedure
1. Review the documents to ensure they meet the filing requirements
2. Docket the Response [Bankruptcy > Response/Objection/Reply to Response > Response] or [Adversary > Response/Objection/Amended Answer to Complaint > Response] as follows:
• Click Bankruptcy or Adversary
• Click Response/Objection/Reply to Response or Response/Objection/Amended Answer to Complaint
• Enter Case Number
• Click Next
• Verify case information and click Next
• Select Response
• Click Next
• Select or Add/Create Party
• Click Next
• Attach PDF
• Click Next
• Click Next again
• Select the appropriate radio button for each question:
What are you responding to?
If you choose [Motion], the following screen will prompt you to select the appropriate docket entry to which your event relates. All pending motions will appear.
If you choose [Other], the following screen will prompt you to select the appropriate docket entry to which your event relates. All docket entries will appear except for motions.
Is this response opposed or unopposed?
Select either [Opposed] or [Unopposed]. Your selection will appear in the final docket text.
Then, proceed as follows:
• Select the appropriate docket entry to which your event relates
• Click Next
• Modify docket text as appropriate
• Click Next
• Review final docket text before submitting
• Click Next
• Review Notice of Electronic Filing
