HERE'S HOW YOU CAN BECOME AN "E-FILER" WITH OUR COURTSTEP 1 - Make sure you have what you need to create documents in PDF format and access the Internet. STEP 2 - Complete this tutorial so you'll know the "what's and how's" of Creditor e-filing. STEP 3 - Contact the court at 214-753-2600 to obtain a login and password to our CM/ECF Training System. You will use the login and password to complete your "Connectivity Confirmation" exercise. STEP 4 - Complete the "Connectivity Confirmation" exercise requirement. You must take the tutorial prior to completing the Connectivity Exercise. To complete the exercise, you will log in to https://ecf-train.txnb.uscourts.gov/ with the login and password provided to you by the court. Next, follow the instructions on the Connectivity Exercise. Instructions for the exercise are available on page 3 of the Creditor Registration Form. STEP 5 - Finally, send us a completed Creditor Registration Form.
