Audio/Transcript Request Proecedures

1. Read the instructions and complete the audio-transcript order form that can be downloaded from our website at http://www.txnb.uscourts.gov/forms/.
2. Present the completed form via email or fax.

3. The transcriber will contact the ordering party to make arrangements for payment and delivery. All payments are to be made payable to the transcriber NOT to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
4. Please note that the court can only provide you with an estimate of the transcript based off of the number of minutes in the audio to be transcribed.
5. Upon completion of the transcript, the transcriber shall file the transcript with the clerk via CM/ECF within 30 days of receiving the order.
