Copies of Docket Sheets, Claims Registers, Certified Copies and Information RequestsPursuant to the current fee schedule adopted by the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, the Clerk's Office charges a fee for copies of docket sheets or claims registers according to the Miscellaneous Fee Schedule. If the record you request is closed and has been retired to the National Archives Records Center (NARC) please complete the records request form (link to archive request form) and pay the appropriate fee. Checks for the above services should be made payable to: "Clerk, U.S. Bankruptcy Court." You may leave the amount of the check blank and include a notation that the check is not to exceed a specific dollar amount (i.e., Not to exceed $50.00). This office will then be able to expedite your request to the extent that it does not exceed the maximum amount stated on your check.
