The United States Bankruptcy Court Clerk's Office for the Northern District of Texas will be closed on Tuesday, January 1, 2013, in observance of New Year's Day.

The closing of the Clerk's office will not affect the court's Electronic Filing System, which will remain available during this time. For emergency filings, please refer to our Emergency Filing Procedure.
