Internet Explorer 7 and 8

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Select the Tools menu
3. Select Internet Options
4. Choose the General tab
5. Click Delete, under Browsing history
6. Check the box next to "Temporary Internet Files"
7. Click the Delete button
8. Click Close
9. Click OK to exit

Mozilla Firefox

1. Open Mozilla Firefox
2. Select the Firefox menu on the top left (or the Tools tab)
3. Select History / Clear Recent History
4. Select Everything in the drop-down box for "Time range to clear"
5. Click the arrow next to "Details" to display another drop-down box
6. Check the box next to Cache and the box next to Cookies
7. Click the Clear Now button
