The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas now accepts claims in all cases electronically via the Court’s web-based Online Claim Filing System. The Clerk's Office encourages e-filing your Proof of Claim. E-filing is fast, free and does not require a login or password.
Before you begin filing, please have the following information available:
- Case Number
- The address where notices from the Court and payments from the Trustee should be sent
- Claim amount
- Supporting documentation (if any) in .PDF format
