Nov 16, 2009 - Closing of the Clerk's OfficeThe United States Bankruptcy Court Clerk's Office for the Northern District of Texas will be closed on Thursday and Friday, December 24 and 25, in observance of the Christmas holiday. The office will be closed on Friday, January 1, 2010 in observance of the New Year's holiday.
The closing of the Clerk's office will not affect the court's Electronic Filing System, which will remain available during this time. For emergency filings, please refer to our Emergency Filing.
