The United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas (collectively, the “Texas Bankruptcy Courts”) have each authorized the filing, signing and verification of documents by electronic means. The precise scope of documents authorized or required to be filed in an electronic format varies by district. The purpose of this Appendix is to provide attorneys and other parties who seek to file documents by electronic means a convenient means by which to ascertain the appropriate electronic filing procedures for a particular Texas Bankruptcy Court (hereafter referenced as the “Authorizing Court”)1.
