Dallas Division:  The bankruptcy clerk's office will open at the usual time today with emergency personnel only. Non-emergency personnel may take annual leave, telework, or report to the office when it is safe to do so.  DISD has decided to close. The court's inclement weather policy provides that court proceedings are canceled and emergency personnel will report to work when it is safe to do so.
 
Fort Worth Division:  The Fort Worth office will have a delayed opening at 10:00 a.m.  Judge Nelms has moved his 9:30 a.m. hearings to 1:30 p.m., and Judge Lynn has no hearings.

The closing of the Clerk’s office will not affect the court’s electronic filing system, which will remain available during this time. For emergency filings, please refer to After-Hours Emergency Filing Procedures.
