Docketing Procedure

1. Review the documents to ensure they meet the filing requirements
2. Docket the Objection to Debtor's Claim of Exemption [Bankruptcy > Trustee/US Trustee > Objection to Debtor's Claim of Exemptions] as follows:

            • Click Bankruptcy
            • Click Trustee/US Trustee
            • Enter Case Number
            • Click Next
            • Verify case information and click Next
            • Select Objection to Debtor's Claim of Exemptions
            • Click Next
            • Attach PDF
            • Click Next
            • Select or Add/Create Party
            • Click Next
            • Enter date, time, and location of hearing after "on...at...at..."
            • Click Next
            • Review final docket text for accuracy before submitting
            • Click Next
            • Review Notice of Electronic Filing
