Docketing Procedures for Chapter 7 and Chapter 11
1. Review the documents to ensure they meet the filing requirements
2. Docket the Notice of Hearing [Bankruptcy > Notices > Notice of Hearing] as follows:
• Click Bankruptcy
• Click Notices
• Enter Case Number
• Click Next
• Verify case information and click Next
• Select Notice of Hearing
• Click Next
• Select or Add/Create Party
• Click Next
• Attach PDF
• Click Next
• Read warning text and click Next
• Enter the hearing date, time, and location under the appropriate hearing type section
• Select the appropriate docket entry to which your notice relates
• Click Next
• Modify docket text as appropriate
• Click Next
• Review final docket text before submitting
• Click Next
• Review Notice of Electronic Filing

• Click Next
• Enter the hearing date, time and location under the appropriate hearing type section
• Select the appropriate docket entry to which your notice relates
• Click Next
Are you setting a Chapter 13 prehearing conference to be held at the Office of the Trustee?
If you select [Yes]:
• Click Next
• Enter the date and the time of the prehearing conference
• Click Next
• Select the location of the prehearing conference
• Click Next
• Select the category to which the event relates or search by date filed
• Click Next
• Select the appropriate docket entry to which your notice relates
• Click Next
Then, proceed as follows:
• Modify docket text as appropriate
• Click Next
• Review final docket text before submitting
• Click Next
• Review Notice of Electronic Filing
