Docketing Procedure
1. Review the documents to ensure they meet the filing requirements
2. Docket the Chapter 11 Small Business Plan [Bankruptcy > Plan > Chapter 11 Small Business Plan] as follows:
• Click Bankruptcy
• Click Plan
• Enter Case Number
• Click Next
• Verify case information and click Next
• Select Chapter 11 Small Business Plan
• Click Next
• Select or Add/Create Party
• Click Next
• Attach PDF
• Click Next
• Click Next again
• Review final docket text before submitting
• Click Next
• Review Notice of Electronic Filing
If you are filing an amended plan, proceed as follows:
• Click Bankruptcy
• Click Plan
• Enter Case Number
• Click Next
• Verify case information and click Next
• Select Chapter 11 Small Business Plan
• Click Next
• Select or Add/Create Party
• Click Next
• Attach PDF
• Click Next
• Select the appropriate docket entry to which your event relates
• Click Next
• Click Next again
• Review final docket text before submitting
• Click Next
• Review Notice of Electronic Filing
