The Judges in the Dallas and Fort Worth Divisions have recently updated their Telephonic Appearance Policies to limit the necessity of obtaining permission from the Court to participate in hearings telephonically. It will no longer be necessary to obtain prior court approval in order to appear telephonically in most situations.
