Attachments/Exhibits

Filing Special Documents

General Information

All attachments and exhibits (except trial exhibits) should be docketed when filing the main pleading. If the filer fails to attach the secondary pleadings to the main document, the filer should use the Support/Supplemental Document event to docket the additional attachments/exhibits.

There are two ways the attachments/exhibits can be filed:

1. The attachments/exhibits can be scanned with the main pleading and docketed as one PDF document, or
2. The attachments/exhibits can be scanned separately and docketed as an attachment within the event.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The following documents CANNOT be filed as attachments/exhibits:

1. A Memorandum of Law pertaining to a pleading MUST BE filed separately and linked as a related document to such pleading.
2. Trial exhibits SHALL NOT be filed by electronic means.
