Docketing Procedure
1. Review the documents to ensure they meet the filing requirements
2. Docket the Amended Complaint [Adversary > Other Complaint Actions > Amended Complaint] as follows:
• Click Adversary
• Click Other Complaint Actions
• Enter Case Number
• Click Next
• Verify case information and click Next
• Select Amended Complaint
• Click Next
• Read red text and click Next again
• Select or Add/Create Party
• Click Next
• Select appropriate radio button to the following questions:
Are you adding additional defendants? Are you adding or removing natures of suit?
• Yes
• No
You are adding or removing natures of suit?
• Adding
• Removing
• Adding and removing
• No change to nature of suit
• Click Next
• Select or Add/Create Party that the filing is against
• Click Next o Attach PDF
• Click Next
• Select the appropriate docket entry to which your event relates
• Click Next
• Click Next again
• Review final docket text before submitting
• Click Next
• Review Notice of Electronic Filing
