Docketing Procedure
1. Review the documents to ensure they meet the filing requirements
2. Docket the Application for Compensation [Bankruptcy > Motion/Applications > Compensation] as follows:
• Click Bankruptcy
• Click Motion/Applications
• Enter Case Number
• Click Next
• Verify case information and click Next
• Select Compensation
• Click Next
• Select or Add/Create Party
• Click Next
• Attach PDF
• Click Next
• Select the appropriate radio button to the following question:
Are you amending a previously filed application for compensation?
• Select [Yes] or [No]
Then, proceed as follows:
• Click Next
• Read the red text and verify the objection due date
• Click Next
• Click Next again
• Fill in the blanks for the party receiving compensation
• Fill in the blanks for the filer of the application (Type and Filer ONLY)
• Click Next
NOTE: Select Unknown/None if the debtor is the movant.
• Modify docket text as appropriate
• Click Next
• Review final docket text before submitting
• Click Next
• Review Notice of Electronic Filing
