Docketing Procedure
1. Review documents to ensure they meet the filing requirements
2. Docket the Certificate of Service [Bankruptcy > Miscellaneous > Certificate of Service] or [Adversary > Miscellaneous > Certificate of Service] as follows:
• Click Bankruptcy or Adversary
• Click Miscellaneous
• Enter Case Number
• Click Next
• Verify case information and click Next
• Select Certificate of Service
• Click Next
• Click Next again
• Select or Add/Create Party
• Click Next
• Attach PDF
• Click Next
• Read warning text (in Adversary proceeding only)
• Click Next
• Enter description of what is being served
• Click Next
• Select the appropriate docket entry to which your event relates
• Click Next
• Modify docket text as appropriate
• Click Next
• Review final docket text for accuracy before submitting
• Click Next
• Review Notice of Electronic Filing
