Docketing Procedure

1. Review documents to ensure they meet the filing requirements
2. Docket the Chapter 7 Means Test [Bankruptcy > Schedules/Statements/New Case Deficiencies > Chapter 7 Means Test] as follows:

            • Click Bankruptcy
            • Click Schedules/Statements/New Case Deficiencies
            • Enter Case Number
            • Click Next
            • Verify case information and click Next
            • Select Chapter 7 Means Test
            • Click Next
            • Click Next again
            • Select or Add/Create Party
            • Click Next
            • Attach PDF
            • Click Next
            • Enter current income of individual debtors
            • Select [No] or [Yes] for Presumption arises
            • Click Next
            • Modify text as appropriate
            • Click Next
            • Review final docket text for accuracy before submitting
            • Click Next
            • Review Notice of Electronic Filing
