Docketing Procedure

1. Review the documents to ensure they meeting the filing requirements
2. Docket the Disclosure Statement [Bankruptcy > Plan > Disclosure statement] as follows:

            Click Bankruptcy
            Click Plan
            Enter Case Number
            Click Next
            Verify case information and click Next
            Select Disclosure statement
            Click Next
            Select or Add/Create Party
            Click Next
            Attach PDF
            Click Next
            Select the appropriate radio button to the following question:

Are you amending a previously filed disclosure statement?

            If you select [No] to this question:

            Click Next
            Read the red text regarding setting and docketing a notice of hearing
            Click Next
            Click Next again

Are you amending a previously filed disclosure statement?

            If you select [Yes] to this question:

            Click Next
            Select the appropriate docket entry to which your event relates
            Click Next
            Click Next again

Then, proceed as follows:

            Review final docket text for accuracy before submitting
            Click next
            Review Notice of Electronic Filing
