Docketing Procedure

1. Review the documents to ensure they meet the filing requirements
2. Docket the Motion to Consolidate [Bankruptcy > Motions/Applications > Consolidate] or [Adversary > Motions > Consolidate] as follows:

            Click Bankruptcy or Adversary
            Click Motions/Applications or Motions
            Enter Case Number
            Click Next
            Verify case information and click Next
            Select Consolidate
            Click Next
            Select or Add/Create Party
            Click Next
            Attach PDF
            Click Next
            Select the appropriate radio button to the following question:

Are you amending a previously filed motion to consolidate?

            If you select [No] to this question:

            Click Next
            Enter the Lead Case and Member case(s)
            Read the red text for obtaining and docketing a notice of hearing on the motion
            Click Next
   
            NOTE: All future information will be docketed in the lead case.

Are you amending a previously filed motion to consolidate?

            If you select [Yes] to this question:

            Click Next and select the appropriate docket entry to which your motion relates.
            You will select the last motion to consolidate filed.

            Click Next
            Select the appropriate docket entry to which your motion relates. You will select the
               most recent motion to consolidate filed.
            Click Next
            Enter the Lead Case and Member case(s)
            Read the red text for obtaining and docketing a notice of hearing on the motion
            Click Next

            NOTE: All future information will be docketed in the lead case.

Then, proceed as follows:

            Modify docket text as appropriate
            Click Next
            Review final docket text for accuracy before submitting
            Click Next
            Review Notice of Electronic Filing

NOTE: The Motion to Consolidate should be docketed in all of the cases being consolidated.
