Docketing Procedure
1. Review the documents to ensure they meet the filing requirements
2. Docket the Motion for Leave to Appeal [Bankruptcy > Motions/Applications > Leave to Appeal] or [Adversary > Motions > Leave to Appeal] as follows:
• Click Bankruptcy or Adversary
• Click Motions/Applications or Motions
• Enter Case Number
• Click Next
• Verify case information and click Next
• Select Leave to Appeal
• Click Next
• Select or Add/Create Party
• Click Next
• Attach PDF
• Click Next
• Select the appropriate radio button to the following question:
Are you amending a previously filed motion for Leave to Appeal?
If you select [No] to this question:
• Click Next
• Accept the objection deadline
• Click Next
• Select the appealed order
• Click Next
• Review text
• Click Next
Are you amending a previously filed motion for Leave to Appeal?
If you select [Yes] to this question:
• Click Next
• Select the appropriate docket entry to which your motion relates
• Click Next
Then, proceed as follows:
• Modify docket text as appropriate
• Click Next
• Review final docket text for accuracy before submitting
• Click Next
• Review Notice of Electronic Filing
