Docketing Procedure
1. Review documents to ensure they meet the filing requirements
2. Docket the Motion for Relief from Stay [Bankruptcy > Motion/Applications > Relief from Stay] as follows:
• Click Bankruptcy
• Click Motions/Applications
• Enter Case Number
• Click Next
• Verify case information and click Next
• Select Relief from Stay
• Click Next
• Select or Add/Create Party
• Click Next
• Attach PDF
• Click Next
Are you amending a previously filed motion for relief from stay?
If you select [No] to this question:
• Click Next
• Read text and click Next
• Select the appropriate radio button to the question and click Next
What type of relief from stay are you filing?
• Relief from stay
• Relief from stay - agreed
• Relief from stay - co-debtor
If you select [Relief from stay], click Next:
• Read Text and enter the Objection due date
• Click Next
If you select [Relief from stay - agreed]:
• Click Next
If you select [Relief from stay - co-debtor], click Next:
• Read Text and enter the Objection due date
• Click Next
Are you amending a previously filed motion for relief from stay?
If you select [Yes] to this question:
• Click Next
• Click the appropriate docket entry to which your event relates
• Click Next
• Read text and click Next
Then, proceed as follows:
• Modify docket text as appropriate
• Click Next
• Review final docket text for accuracy before submitting
• Click Next
• Review Notice of Electronic Filing.
