Docketing Procedure

            • Click Next
            • Select or Add/Create Party
            • Click Next
            • Attach PDF
            • Click Next
            • Select the appropriate radio button to the following question:

                        Are you amending a previously filed motion for withdrawal of reference?

                        If you select [No] to this question:

                                    • Click Next
                                    • Read the text (NOTE: This motion must be set for status
                                       conference; therefore, a notice of hearing must be docketed.)
                                    • Click Next
                                    • Verify the fee amount
                                    • Click Next
                                    • Click Next again

                        Are you amending a previously filed motion for withdrawal of reference?

                        If you select [Yes] to this question:

                                    • Click Next
                                    • Select the appropriate docket entry to which your motion relates.
                                       You will select the most recent motion for withdrawal of reference filed.
                                    • Click Next
                                    • Click Next again, if applicable

Then, proceed as follows:

            • Review final docket text for accuracy before submitting
            • Click Next
            • Review Notice of Electronic Filing
