Docketing Procedure
1. Review the documents to ensure they meet the filing requirements
2. Docket the Notice of New Lead Counsel within Firm [Bankruptcy > Notices > Notice of New Lead Counsel within Firm] as follows:
• Click Bankruptcy
• Click Notices
• Enter Case Number
• Click Next
• Verify case information and click Next
• Select Notice of New Lead Counsel within Firm
• Click Next
• Select or Add/Create Party
• Click Next
• Attach PDF
• Click Next
• Enter the Bar ID or Last Name of the new lead counsel and click Search
• Highlight an existing name and click Select the name from the list or click Create new attorney
• Add attorney information and click Add attorney
• Select the appropriate Party to which the attorney is representing
• Click Next
• Click End attorney selection
• Select the attorney(s) no longer associated with the case
• Click Next
• Click Next again
• Review final docket text for accuracy before submitting
• Click Next
• Review Notice of Electronic Filing
