Docketing Procedure

1. Review the documents to ensure they meet the filing requirements
2. Docket the Notice of Voluntary Conversion to Chapter 7 [Bankruptcy > Notices > Notice of Voluntary Conversion to Chapter 7] as follows:

            • Click Bankruptcy
            • Click Notices
            • Enter Case Number
            • Click Next
            • Verify case information and click Next
            • Select Notice of Voluntary Conversion to Chapter 7
            • Click Next
            • Select or Add/Create Party
            • Click Next
            • Read the red WARNING text and attach PDF
            • Click Next
            • Select the appropriate radio button to the following question:

Are you amending a previously filed notice of voluntary conversion?

            If you select [No] to this question:

            • Click Next
            • Review Fee Amount
            • Click Next
            • Click Next again

Are you amending a previously filed notice of voluntary conversion?

            If you select [Yes] to this question:

            • Click Next
            • Select the appropriate docket entry to which your notice relates. You will select the most
               recent notice of voluntary conversion filed.
            • Click Next
            • Click Next again

Then, proceed as follows:

            • Review final docket text for accuracy before submitting
            • Click Next
            • Review Notice of Electronic Filing
