Docketing Procedures
1. Review the documents to ensure they meet the filing requirements
2. Docket the Objection to Claim [Bankruptcy > Claim Actions > Objection to Claim] as follows:
If this is a Chapter 7 case, proceed as follows:
1. Review the documents to ensure they meet the filing requirements
2. Docket the Objection to Claim [Bankruptcy > Claim Actions > Objection to Claim] as follows:
• Click Bankruptcy
• Click Claim Actions
• Enter Case Number
• Click Next
• Verify case information and click Next
• Select Objection to Claim
• Click Next
• Select or Add/Create Attorney
• Click Next
• Select or Add/Create Party
• Click Next
• Attach PDF
• Click Next
• Select the appropriate radio button to the following question:
Are you amending a previously filed Objection to Claim?
If you select [No]:
• Click Next
• Select the appropriate radio button to the following question:
Does your document contain negative notice language?
If you select [No]:
• Click Next
• Fill in the blank for the question, "Enter the name of the creditor(s)
cited in your objection."
• Click Next
• Select the claim from the list
• Click Next
Does your document contain negative notice language?
If you select [Yes]:
• Click Next
• Verify the response date listed
• Click Next
• Fill in the blank for the question, "Enter the name of the creditor(s)
cited in your objection."
• Click Next
• Select the claim from the list
• Click Next
Are you amending a previously filed Objection to Claim?
If you select [Yes]:
• Click Next
• Select the appropriate docket entry to which your objection relates
• Click Next
Then, proceed as follows:
• Modify docket text as appropriate
• Click Next
• Review final docket text before submitting
• Click Next
• Review Notice of Electronic Filing
If this is a Chapter 11 case, proceed as follows:
1. Review the documents to ensure they meet the filing requirements
2. Docket the Objection to Claim [Bankruptcy > Claim Actions > Objection to Claim] as follows:
• Click Bankruptcy
• Click Claim Actions
• Enter Case Number
• Click Next
• Verify case information and click Next
• Select Objection to Claim
• Click Next
• Select or Add/Create Party
• Click Next
• Attach PDF
• Click Next
• Select the appropriate radio button to the following question:
Are you amending a previously filed Objection to Claim?
If you select [No]:
• Click Next
• Review the information regarding General Order 2012-02
• Click Next
• Select the appropriate radio button to the following question:
Does your document contain negative notice language?
If you select [No]:
• Click Next
• Fill in the blank for the statement, "Enter the name of the creditor(s)
cited in your objection."
• Click Next
• Select the claim from the list
• Click Next
Does your document contain negative notice language?
If you select [Yes]:
• Click Next
• Verify the response due date
• Click Next
• Fill in the blank for the statement, "Enter the name of the creditor(s)
cited in your objection."
• Click Next
• Select the claim from the list
• Click Next
Are you amending a previously filed Objection to Claim?
If you select [Yes]:
• Click Next
• Select the appropriate docket entry to which your objection relates
• Click Next
Then, proceed as follows:
• Modify docket text as appropriate
• Click Next
• Review final docket text before submitting
• Click Next
• Review Notice of Electronic Filing
If it is a Chapter 13 case, proceed as follows:
1. Review the documents to ensure they meet the filing requirements

If you select [No]:
• Click Next
Is a pre-hearing conference to be held?
If you select [Yes]:
• Click Next
• Enter the date of the pre-hearing conference (MM/DD/YYYY)
• Enter the time of the pre-hearing conference (HH:MM)
• Click Next
Does your document contain negative notice language?
If you select [Yes]:
• Click Next
• Verify the response due date
• Click Next
• Fill in the blank for the question, "Enter the name of the creditor(s)
cited in your objection."
• Click Next
• Select the claim from the list
• Click Next
• Select the appropriate radio button to the following question:
