Docketing Procedure
1. Review the documents to ensure they meet the filing requirements
2. Docket the Reaffirmation Agreement [Bankruptcy > Miscellaneous > Reaffirmation Agreement] or [Bankruptcy > Miscellaneous > Reaffirmation Agreement] as follows:
• Click Bankruptcy
• Click Miscellaneous or Claim Actions
• Enter Case Number
• Click Next Verify case information and click Next
• Select Reaffirmation Agreement
• Click Next
• Select Box if Joint filing with other attorney(s)
• Click Next
• Select or Add/Create Party
• Click Next
• Attach PDF
• Click Next
• Select the appropriate radio button to the following question:
Are you amending a previously filed reaffirmation?
If you select [No] to this question:
• Click Next
• Select the appropriate radio button to the statement and click Next
Select whether there is a presumption of hardship:
• Presumption of undue hardship
• No presumption of undue hardship
Are you amending a previously filed reaffirmation?
If you select [Yes] to this question:
• Click Next
• Select the appropriate docket entry to which your event relates. You will select the most
recent reaffirmation agreement filed. If the reaffirmation agreement has been amended,
select the amended document.
• Click Next
Then, proceed as follows:
• Enter the creditor's name in the reaffirmation
• Click Next
• Click Next again
• Review final docket text for accuracy before submitting
• Click Next
• Review Notice of Electronic Filing
