Docketing Procedure

1. Review the documents to ensure they meet the filing requirements
2. Docket the Summons Service Executed [Adversary > Other Complaint Actions > Summons Service Executed] as follows:

            • Click Adversary
            • Click Other Complaint Actions
            • Enter Case Number
            • Click Next
            • Verify case information and click Next
            • Select Summons Service Executed
            • Click Next
            • Attach PDF
            • Click Next
            • Select the party that the filing is against
            • Click Next
            • Enter the date the summons is served
            • Click Next
            • Click Next again
            • Review final docket text before submitting
            • Click Next
            • Review Notice of Electronic Filing
