The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit seeks applications from all highly qualified candidates for a 14-year appointment as a United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of Louisiana at New Orleans.

The qualification standards and an application form are available at www.ca5.uscourts.gov. Four completed applications (with writing samples) should be mailed to Theodore P. Cominos, Circuit Executive, U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit, 600 Camp Street, Room 100, New Orleans, Louisiana 70130. Additionally, a PDF version of the completed application form (no writing samples) should be emailed to elabankruptcy@ca5.uscourts.gov. DEADLINE FOR FILING COMPLETED APPLICATIONS IS FEBRUARY 27, 2019.
