In recognition of: (a) the end of the COVID-19 Pandemic national emergency; (b) the policies of the Judicial Conference of the United States; (c) the interests of judicial administration of bankruptcy cases and proceedings in the Northern District of Texas; and (d) the terms of Fed. R. Civ. P. 43 (made applicable to bankruptcy proceedings pursuant to Fed. R. Bankr. P. 9017), the Court has entered General Order 2023-05 amending its policies concerning remote court hearings in the Dallas and Fort Worth Divisions.
