The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas has drafted proposed new Local Rule 9033-1 to clarify that Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 9033, which addresses proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law issued by a bankruptcy court, also applies to reports and recommendations issued by a bankruptcy court on dispositive motions.

The Court has also drafted a proposed amendment to Local Rule 9029-3 to account for the repeal of certain local rules by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas and the adoption of others.

The Court invites public comment on these proposed amendments, which are attached to this Notice.
