The Judges of this Court, having given notice and the opportunity for public comment pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2071(b), Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 9029, and Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 83, and under the delegated authority of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, hereby adopt Local Rule 9033-1 and amended Local Rule 9029-3 as described in the attached Clerk’s Notice 25-01.
