Docketing Procedure
1. Review the documents to ensure they meet the filing requirements
	2. Docket the Amended Petition [Bankruptcy > Miscellaneous > Amended Petition] as follows:
            • Click Bankruptcy
	            • Click Miscellaneous
	            • Enter Case Number
	            • Click Next
	            • Verify case information and click Next
	            • Select Amended Petition
	            • Click Next
	            • Click Next again
	            • Select or Add/Create Party
	            • Click Next
	            • Attach PDF
	            • Click Next
	            • Select the appropriate docket entry to which your event relates
	            • Click Next
	            • Select the appropriate radio button to the following question:
What are you amending the petition for?
If you select [Exhibit D]:
            • Click Next
	            • Select the appropriate box checked on Exhibit D
	            • Click Next
What are you amending the petition for?
If you select [Amended Petition with Exhibit D]:
            • Click Next
	            • Click Next again
	            • Enter the reason for the amendment
	            • Click Next
	            • Select the appropriate box checked on Exhibit D
	            • Click Next
What are you amending the petition for?
If you select [Amended Petition not including Exhibit D]:
            • Click Next
	            • Click Next again
	            • Enter the reason for the amendment
	            • Click Next
Then, proceed as follows:
            • Modify docket text as appropriate
	            • Click Next
	            • Review final docket text before submitting
	            • Click Next
	            • Review Notice of Electronic Filing
