Docketing Procedure

1. Review the documents to ensure they meet the filing requirements
2. Docket the Assignment/Transfer of Claim [Bankruptcy > Claim Actions > Assignment/Transfer of Claim] as follows:

            • Click Bankruptcy
            • Click Claim Actions    
            • Enter Case Number
            • Click Next
            • Verify case information and click Next o Select Assignment/Transfer of Claim
            • Click Next
            • Select or Add/Create Party
            • Click Next
            • Attach PDF
            • Click Next
            • Select Claim(s) from list
            • Click Next
            • Select Transfer type (if stated in PDF)
            • Search/Add transferee
            • Search for Transferor (continue if multiple transferors or claims)
            • Click Next
            • Click Next again
            • Review final docket text for accuracy before submitting
            • Click Next
            • Review Notice of Electronic Filing
