Docketing Procedure

1. Review the documents to ensure they meet the filing requirements
2. Docket the Objection to Confirmation of Plan [Bankruptcy > Response/Objection/Reply to Response > Objection to Confirmation of Plan 11/12/13] as follows:

            • Click Bankruptcy
            • Click Response/Objection/Reply to Response
            • Click the link for Reference an Existing Docket Entry
            • Enter Case Number
            • Click Next
            • Verify case information and click Next
            • Select Objection to Confirmation of Plan 11/12/13
            • Click Next
            • Select or Add/Create Party
            • Click Next
            • Attach PDF
            • Click Next
            • Select the appropriate plan to which your objection relates. You will select
               the most recent plan filed.
            • Click Next
            • Modify docket text as appropriate
            • Click Next
            • Review final docket text for accuracy before submitting
            • Click Next
            • Review Notice of Electronic Filing
